ID Requirements

ID Requirements for Full Membership

A full membership allows you to trade anything in for cash as well as in-store vouchers.

You MUST be over 16 for Full Membership.

All forms of ID for full membership are listed below:

  • Valid Photo Driving Licence (Full or Provisional)
  • Valid Passport
  • Bank Card and the ability to show a member of our staff your mobile online banking with proof of address and account no.
  • Bank Card with an original paper statement showing name and address (printed out version from bank is not acceptable).
  • Bank Card and Utility bill showing your name and address not older than 3 months.
  • Bank Card and Council Tax bill showing your name and address.

ID Requirements for Half Membership (Exchange only)

A half membership allows you to trade your games & DVDs for an in-store voucher only.

You MUST be 16 to trade for a half membership.

ID required for a half membership is listed below:

  • Bank Card
  • Bank Statement
  • Utility Bill no older than 3 months.
  • Council Tax Bill showing your name and address.
  • Valid Passport
  • Valid Driving Licence.
